The simplest of frustrations

Out of all the days, weeks and months of a year now and again pops up, what I call a bubble day. You’ll be half way through your day when you suddenly realize; hey this is a good day: You’re looking good, feeling great, everything is going according to plan and then you feel even happier for the revelation thus making your day seem even better still.
But then, yes the ever intruding but, with the revelation comes the intruding thought, this is too good to be true and within seconds you’ve gone from effortlessly having a good day to having to cope with a quiet nagging sensation pulling at your minds waves. All of a sudden your having to divert a certain amount of attention away from what you where doing and having to recoordinate it to help in the battle of quickly squashing the now inconvenient feeling of foreboding. And there you are. Your in your good day carrying on as you were, but now slightly distracted, waiting for that one thing to burst your bubble day. And surely or not 9.9999 times out of ten just as you think you’ve made it, that one thing pops up and bursts your bubble. Let’s face it; all it takes is a tinny wincey pin prick.
